For anyone person with tanned skin or simply human/humanitarian.

I just wanted you to know that I was excited about my consultation today. Unfortunately, I was turned away due to my skin color. I was quite taken aback because it's 2024. It is hypocritical to us "morenos" is your advertisement but not serve them.
Please understand  that their was no  medical risk involved.  I was recommended the same treatment in the U.S. But I traveled here  and wanted it done before my birthday.  Now I'll just have to wait, wait until I return home where medical advice follows logic, not social preferences. Sad, frustrated, offended, and disappointed.

After today's experience, it's safe to say that I will not be back.

100% recommend Mery Álvarez. Her staff and office are impeccable. It’s difficult to find someone you trust with your face but you are in great hands. She has so much experience, is a professional, and is a perfectionist for facial symmetry. I had Botox and undereye filler plus a fantastic facial. Highly recommend!! The office is streamlined with a great process to keep you informed and make sure you understand the process. This was my first time and I can’t wait to come back. The office is very clean and professional and even though I couldn’t speak much Spanish the ladies especially Angela was kind to walk me through the entire process.
It’s clear this office has a great reputation and happy clients that continue to come back.
Stop thinking about it and just do it, this is the best place to go!
